Step 1, Upon receipt of the sampling order from customer, Fly foundry will start pattern-making, injecting wax shells, making sand shells, casting, heat treating and surface treating. After these processes, we get the customed samples finished. 

Step 2, Before sending samples to customers, we will inspect these lost wax castings. If all goes well, we will send samples to customers. If not, new samples, new lost wax casting process will start.

Step 3, Upon all samples approved by customers, clients place mass production orders for production. Mass production starts.

Step 4, Upon mass production of steel lost wax castings finished, we will inspect them again. 

Step 5, Packing and delivery arrangement.
