Fly Foundry produces various types of tillage components in China.  

Tillage components are the core parts of agricultural machinery, playing a vital role in soil preparation and crop growth. 

Rotary tiller blades, one of the most widely used components, are designed to cut, crush and mix soil. With different installation arrangements like staggered, outward and inward, they can meet various tillage needs such as soil leveling and ridge forming.

Moldboard plows, consisting of share, landside and moldboard, are ideal for turning over soil and covering crop residues, which helps to improve soil fertility and control weeds. 

Disc harrows, made of 65Mn or wear-resistant alloy, are effective in breaking clods and cutting stubble. Their diameters usually range from 400mm to 800mm, suitable for dry land tillage .

Chisel plows are designed for deep tillage without inverting the soil, which is beneficial for preserving soil structure and reducing erosion . These components, with advanced technologies like laser hardening and vibration tillage, not only enhance work efficiency but also reduce fuel consumption and wheel slip.
