The safety clamp inserts are casted by investment casting in Fly Foundry. Inserts made from carbon steels & alloy steels are casted in water glass casting processes. Those inserts made from stainless steels are made in silica sol casting process.  These processes can control the safety clamp inserts with good dimensional accurancy and better surfaces.

Currently, there're mainly three types of safte clamp inserts. They are "T" type safety clamps, "C" type safety clamps, and "MP-S" type safety clamps. Choosen of which type for usage depends on the specific demands.
